I don't think Shizuka is particulary a bad person i just think he is naive and can't see a deeper meaning in Tou's behaviour, is kinda shallow. Dude you see bruises on a friend, someone tells it's probably domestic, even without knowing about sexual abuse you still wonder why he didn't want his parent to pay for his studies?! connect the dots my man!
