Something like a cat
The Music Box Of Petals
The story really started off strong, the mc’s actions towards his issues such as his depression and lack of will to live is considerably true to source material. I like the fact that they didn’t rush his recovery, there were times where he still came back to his habits and such proving that it is not something that can easily go away. The thing is, halfway the story it felt to bland? Most of the problems are being solved by the male lead which just made it seem like your common knight in shining armor type of thing, the mc always had to be saved from ghosts and ofcourse almost getting killed. The time frame is questionable, are we led to believe that all of that happened in span of two weeks time? He let a straight up stranger go to his house in the middle of the night? Do keep in mind that he met him on Omegle. He even lived with him for a bit. And did we all forget he(MC) works??? There was really no concrete explanation on why the ghosts suddenly emerged one day when the main villain already became a ghost and treated as a God for like 10 years already so the author couldn’t pass it off as the villain being weak. Not that I am hating the ending, it is just that I expected more? Could have used the evil ex lover ghost more? I mean he does harbor some hate to mc and ml. SO LACKLUSTER, maybe the author was getting rushed? I dunno, but all in all, I’m just happy they got married 2 years later and lived a peaceful life so far. Hoping for a side story!
