seme is a former cop working at a cafe in a small town in spain. he quit being a cop after he was badly injured dealing with a mafia drug ring. after his injury he came out to his family and was disowned. shortly before his injury his ex boyfriend overdosed and died and he hasn't been in a relationship since. uke is from an italian mafia family. his parents were killed when he was young and he was taken in by his uncle who raised him as his favorite son. uke's "cousin" takes uke under his wing and takes care of him. uke sees cousin as his brother, cousin is secretly in love with uke. uke is basically an innocent idiot despite being a mobster and womanizer. one night, uke beats the mayor's son to death for insulting his dead parents and his cousin, cousin stops him but uke is forced into hiding because mayor's family wants him dead. cousin sends uke to spain where his family lives. at the airpoirt his wallet and luggage get stolen and he ends up wandering the streets until he ends up at seme's cafe. the cafe owner likes him and agrees to let him live at the cafe in exchange for work. seme is against this but is the only one that knows some italian and can communicate with uke. seme starts out cold to uke but soon lowers his walls and finds himself falling for uke. uke isn't gay but when he finds out seme is, he finds himself attracted to seme and jealous when other people spend time with him. they start fucking. things are going well but weird things keep happening at the cafe. uke knows people are after him but doesn't tell anyone. eventually it all comes to a head when uke is abducted, mafia guys beat up seme, seme learns the truth about uke and rejects him only to go after him once more. lots of drama but ends happy.
