The "mermaid" thingy is a song title actually.. But the story is all in all great.. The story is about childhood friends that loved each other but never got to confide with each other. The black haired uke have the power of persuasion in the form of "the voice of waves". It can make other people do what he says when he uses that voice. They all had been good friends till uni and had a fair shre of relationships too. So one day the uke want to erase the seme's memory by asking the seme to forget bout their first encounter when they were kids by the beach. Then, one day they reencounter each other by the beach on the day that they had planned to go to the trip there together. And the story goes~

The seme n uke was a former bishounen idol partner.. The seme likes the uke since before but always being treated like a girl bcoz of him being the cute type..

I'm at loss of words of this story.. It's a true beauty! Love it 3000! Definitely need a reread!! The seme is a soccer player and the uke is a hardworking English dept student.. The seme that has been in love with the uke since middle school is soo puppy like and cool at the same time!! The super gorgeous uke is leading a hard life and had been emotionless in the beginning but is changing bcoz of the seme! Such pure love story!! Cuteness and sweetness overload but very realistic as well compared to other BLs I've ever read.. Undoubtedly one of the BEST OF THE BEST!!! Plus the seme is soooo my dream guy in real life too based on looks and personality!! Love! Love! Love!

This is a very beautiful story! It sends me into rollercoaster of emotions! I cried buckets when Ryo's father dies! It's really sad.. This story is the best!! The art is gorgeous too! Love thisss!! One of my fav!!!

This story is cute and heart warming.. It's just sad tho that the uke have a relationship with the senpai first.. Because he's too afraid of confessing to the seme.. But it all ends well.. It's slice of life tho.. Hahaha!

This story is great!! Its sooo cute.. The uke is a cross dresser.. He is in the same high school as the seme and liked the seme ever since.. He crossdress because he wanted to catch the seme's attention and wanna be his girlfriend.. Hehe.. This story is seriously cute! The drama was moderate.. Not to hard on the emotions.. So,, it's really great!!

Maybe I was a bit on the emotional side today.. But reading this has made me cry sooo much! It's not sad or anything.. I'm just too touched, too happy.. This is soo cute and fluffy.. I love everyone in this story! Tsumu-kun is such a precious baby boy too.. Sooo cute! The storyline is really2 good too! Definitely worth rereading a million times!!! 2nd time read n my eyes still leaked :')
