This shit is toxic asf gyat dam. It's the end of season 1 and Dan just left. Honestly ml deserve everything bad coming to him. Just constant rape, abuse, blackmail, he bought up his debt and basically owns him and treats him worse than trash. I just want to see Dan get a good ending. Also I hate how the author is doing everything they can to persuade Dan that he should be grateful for everything even though he's being abused and raped. He has him thinking that MC is actually worse off than him and that he's actually super kind. Even having his grandma telling him that he should be thankful. What the fuck bro. As someone else said, the power dynamic is horrible. Dan is powerless, has nothing to his name and can't even make a single retort. He literally gets told that him leaving in the middle of sex to make sure his grandma isn't dying is a no go, and that "this shit better not happen again or I'll kill you". This is beyyyooonnd just "toxic top buildup" and the author claims to love. This is straight up abuse, rape, manipulation and extortion. Dan deserves so much more than this shit. Im only giving 2 stars because the art is good.
