Kind of a weird one. Messed up but still very enjoyable. The beginning was honestly messed up with the seme forcing himself on the uke in an alley, but I didn't have as much problem with it as I usually have. Maybe because it didn't feel as oppressive, humiliating or abusive as it sometimes is. Why the uke continues to meet up with the guy is kind of hard to understand even though he explains it, but at the same time the story felt quite realistic. Natural reactions and natural plot progression. Not as exaggerated as some stories can be. The characters were very interesting. The seme is kind of a delinquent playboy. A real asshole in the beginning but he does have development which is really fun to see. The uke really special, not sure how to describe him, on one hand he's kind of innocent and naive continues to let himself be used, but on the other hand he's quite sharp and acknowledges that he's being treated poorly. And he also says those facts out loud with a straight face.

Very confusing at times and kinda rushed but still enjoyable. Don't know if it's a comedic story with dark undercurrents or a dark story told in a comedic way? Anyway, a lot of messed up shit happened, forced prostitution etc. Had my qualms about the seme at first, mostly about buying sex and telling our helpless, desperate-for-money-uke to suck his dick after supposedly "saving" him from another pervert, but I was satisfied when the roles were reversed and the uke told the seme to go down on him in the latest chapter. Well, I just love redemption arcs and I just loved seeing how cute and obedient the seme turned out (although the character development was kinda rushed). Love a blushing seme. He even offered to let his own body be sold to save the uke! And it seems like he also had been forced to sell his body in the past. And as horrible as it is I like when they dare to switch up the "gender" roles a bit. They sometimes have semes-turned-ukes but they almost never have semes who have experiences being on the receiving end. Probably something stupid about being afraid the seme would "lose" his masculinity. And there are so many stories where the ukes are being raped, abused, have sexual trauma, sell themselves etc. but it's as if semes are immune to that in BL. So I actually applaud the author for daring to do something unconventional! That being said the story was rather confusing. And I didn't get when the seme actually started caring for the uke so much. It's not like they had that much interaction. And it would have been nice if he had actually said his feelings out loud, even if it was pretty obvious.

Beautiful art! Love the premise of the story and their dynamic. But why, when I finally find a power uke does he need to be so forceful and not respecting boundaries? Non-con not okay. Absolutely love the seme though. Has emotional impact even if it's short, though I hope there will be an epilogue or something because the ending was quite a cliffhanger and very unsatisfying. Aaaargh I usually hate the many toxic semes in yaoi, why is that when I actually find a great seme the uke is shit? Am I doomed to only be able to like one of them? Note to self: 1!?, 5
