The art and coloring are beautiful, but the plot is REALLY fucked

Closeted gay uke wants to have gay sex for the first (and last) time in order to “get over” his sexuality. He works as a costumer/designer for his school’s theatre department, but he finds himself slipping into lewd fantasies about a nearby student. Eventually, circumstance brings them together and despite his protests, they have sex (dubcon). All the while, a separate castmate, who has had his eye on the MC catches the two in the act and in an act of spitefulness towards the MC’s anti-gay politician father who is currently blocking the legalization of same-sex marriage, rapes the MC. Upon defending himself from the attack, the MC winds up in hospital, where he become outted to his dad and subsequently disowned. Skip to 3 years later and MC has now established himself as an independent designer for a tv production, surrounded by lgbt folk and a chance brings the MC and his interest from 3 years ago back together again.
