This was the first BL I ever read. It starts off kinda standard then randomly goes all mafia and big video game corporation. The pacing was really weird and so was the plot, but the ending was really wholesome.

Unexpectedly wholesome mob boss with social anxiety? Also there's a surprise MMORPG element to this cause it wouldn't be a manhwa without one. Honestly just a generic manhwa trope checklist speedrun at this point.

rereading again in 2025. this one is less a romance and more just 22 straight chapters of insane misunderstandings, and honestly I'm still here for it.

fuck this one's so good ʕ⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴥ⁠ꈍ⁠ʔ, it's hilarious and the style changes are amazing, I can tell the romance is a SLOW slow burn, but I'm fine with that because the actual game mechanics and other character relationships are really interesting. MC treating LI like his personal discord kitten is hilarious, and the LI in general being built up as this mysterious guy only to turn out to be a cutie patootie is amazing. It's pretty obvious he's a veteran player on an alt trying to get close to MC, but that just makes him cuter

beautiful art, generic toxic seme with the typical random surprise mmo plot. I don't get manhwa/manhua's deep rooted obsession with taking every possible plot and shoving in some mmo gaming element. Like I get they are popular in Asia but jesus christ.
