Summer Solstice Point
this is straight content on wuxizhan's page once again. BUT BEHOLD, because it's actually very good. it's not an extraordinary plot, but still, it's such a nicely told story. i believe i've never read a manhwa make a better use of those square bubbles in my life. this is so well written that it feels like i'm reading an illustrated novel. the writing is beautiful and bittersweet, so attentive to detail. i feel like that truly is the high point of this manhwa. but the illustrations themselves are not at all disposable. the art is really nothing special, but it is well drawn and the color scheme was very well chosen. as for the characters, they also didn't amaze me as their personalities are overall pretty bland, but they were deeply and beautifully developed and got me hoping to see how they would turn out. there were some annoying plot points here and there, the kind that make you go "jesus christ why does it have to be so complicated", so this one might appeal to my people who love some pining out there. besides, this man is so out of his mind for the protagonist that i honestly couldn't help to find him very cute. and the woman whose name i have already forgotten by now as is my talent is very realistic. i especially like her unexpectedly naughty moments, and honestly was super duper cock blocked by the slight demonstrations of domme behavior that never fulfilled truly. i guess it's my fault for being too hopeful. besides that, there's a lot of sex here, mostly consensual, but the bits that aren't are important and integrated into the story. beware anyways. overall, beautiful story, congrats.
