I love how well written all the characters are. The author actually takes care to show that the FL is actually the original Judith, explaining her emotional attachment and specific knowledge (it also makes her relationship with Luca so much more significant). I also like how the difference in her behaviour is implied. While it is easy to 'pick up' why Judith's insecurities were so big (constantly compared to others in everything) it doesn't excuse her original actions so seeing her improve is satisfying. It also makes her relationship with the ML so endearing as they slowly heal one another, as he is also someone who is always 2nd choice to his half-brother. Luca is also a great example of a child regressor as he's clearly still mentally an adult, yet when he finally has a stable adult figure in his life he acts like a child as he never had that growing up originally. Story itself is a bit meh, but the main focus is the character relationships and the ongoing theme of grief and responsibility. Beautiful art, full smut scenes included. The FL is a badass, genuine villainess throughout entire story and ML (1) is a great partner for her. Revenge is satisfying, plot is simple but entertaining. Really like how both sides of the love triangle are told and the different dynamics between the different couples (lawful good (prince) vs neutral evil (duke) w/FL villain) Initial ending is a bit abrupt but I like how the second ML regresses and changes things so he can become the main love interest next time.
