Kei-chan and Ippei are childhood friends. Ippei is outgoing and Kei-chan (narrator) is quite the opposite. Their familes are close and thus they grew up together. In high school, Kei-chan starts realizing that he likes Ippei. Ippei gets a girlfriend and Kei-chan acts indifferent. They start parting ways when they got older. Typical storyline but it's super cute and I am waiting patiently for updates.

Oh my....so much feels...Seme and Uke grew up together. Uke is a bookworm and Seme is a player. When in high school, they were in the middle of WWII. Their feelings were obvious to each other but they never confessed. Seme was draft to the war and took the Uke to wait for him--he embraced the uke before he left--3 years later, he showed up like nothing happened. The uke was pissed because he was MIA for 3 years, no letters and such. Very bittersweet story.

Shounen No Kyoukai

Complete | akabeko | 2016 released

First Omegaverse that I actually like. Childhood friends--one is always excelling in activities and the other is passive. When they grew up, the Omega(energetic) friend became distant because he was a lot cooler--and he always thought he would be a beta or alpha. Sadly, he is a Omega. The passive friend, turns out to be an Alpha.

The end of youth ~Ai no, Uta~

Complete | KONOHARA Narise,MIYAMOTO Kano | 2000 released

The Seme seem like he's borderline special. He's one of those people who doesn't understand "no"--well not, NOT understand but they reason themselves into believe other people's "no"s are not the truth. The Uke is the Seme's older brother's friend. Seme is extremely insensitive and straight forward with his words. He met the Uke for the first time when the brother brought him home to practice singing because they wanted to be a band. Later, the Seme chases the uke around and insist that they should become friends. The Seme later fell in love with the uke--one-sidedly. The Uke has always taken pity of the Seme and never really pushed him away hard enough. They started kissing often and the seme later wanted to sleep with the uke but resisted because the uke refuses. Later, the Uke abandoned the seme to become a singer.
