Meanwhile they choose the martial arts book and main takes his potion maker friend while the old English man brings a medicine friend, this this world ended due to a disease Ch 49-50 main got a prize from completing floor 20. He can read ppls character and what books they like and dislike. He basically tried to get the ppl to read the books and pick out ones that would be easy to clear but also once they clear it, it is a floor that would remain. So a world with good resources or benefits their world would be worth to save. Some ppl lied what books they actually like so maybe main has to turn back time to get ppl to stick with their likes than dislikes bc of their preferences they dont want others to know Ch 48 only 303 hunters were picked due to their roles in their world as characters. The librarian of floor 21 gives the quest of 8 different worlds and they had an unjust ending called cancelation that ended their demise. He wants a new conclusion and different ending. Must choose btwn the 8 worlds and once u complete ur quest and saved that world, that will open up floor 22 and the world u saved will occupy floor 22. Ch 44 main resolved the scary mob of ppl aiming for the demon king. Main had to lie and truths to get them to back off. Basically showed he is good and he has the ability to control the demons that used to reside so the npc would be at ease. Main at the end only wants the 20th floor for his new npc follower who missed her village even as a monster. In exchange he gives the other rankers the rights to the 11-19 floors for trading. Apparently if you clear a floor, you can set up base and trade with the original world Ch 40 omg the tower is listening and self aware. Main knows the tower remembers your decisions and took consideration of main's request. Wowowow Ch 39 main at floor 20 and on the bonus stage against the demon lord at its initial home Ch 36 dang even the tower acknowledges what main did when he kept repeating time that it mended itself to fit main's new quest. Also, the demon lord was a black sludge and later ate a human, he could take their appearance and manners and became a "saintess" but the babies he "saved" were just black globs of himself. I think the civilians later found out and called her a witch to hunt her. Idk if he felt anything for the humans but he was still a demon that ate sick civilians and planted fake copies Ch 35 ohhhh so reason why he fought the demon king was to chip more seconds into the future so the past has moved forward when reminded back. Also to see the demon king's moves. Main's skill he copied was the summoning those he killed. He killed himself and the kill count is over 4000, he basically created his own army of his past selves' deaths to overcome the demon lord's minions Ch 30 main got killed by the demon king. There was a penalty but they say they will cover it later. 24 hrs before, main needs a favor from the top rankers at the Cafe meeting. And to resolve the issue with the old man and kill count before they get to the floor Ch 23 the paladin ranker has the skill to see truths and lies. Old man asked main if he killed 4000 ppl. Main said yes but paladin sees false. Main told the truth he only killed 1 person and that person was a mass murderer Ch 20 the top players able to go to floor 12 to get their prize but old man sees main's kill count and went after him but bc main made an alliance with the other rankers, they protect main Ch 19 the new floors 11-20 get unlocked Ch 18 main doesnt want to fight the high rankers but would like to fight with them in friendly competition so they can climb the tower and uncover mysteries Ch 16 main gaining notice by guilds after he cleared the 10th floor Ch 15 oh dang main was smart and understood from the past memory of the enemy boss. It was smart and sad Ch 14 ohh so based on a certain skill main picks, there is a penalty. Note, in prev ch, ghost can read the other side of the cards since every time main tries to look, the cards only show the back of the card, hiding its skill facts, but ghost on the opposite end can read them out for main Ch 11 ghost told main to drink the potion to unlock using aura but bc it affective, it made main struggling to get a hold of it. Best bet is to take really good potions but they are expensive at a wellknown potion place but that place is often visited by the old man and main can't meet him again bc of his kill count. Main recalls the master alchemist who hasn't been ranked yet and hires her to make the best potion with his money he got from the lottery Ch 7 dang, main got a partner ghost bc of the skill he got from rank 1 old man back then. Main explained why the old man killed him and the reason why main's kill count was high. It ws for going back in time and getting revenge to prevent more ppl from dying from that flame killer. Ghost noticed how main fought is main no longer fears death and goes all out. He will teach main how to fight since this ghost from another world who also had dungeons that appeared, had reached the tower's 99 lvls but didn't pass 100th. So he is very talented but crude in talking lol, but best company for main who requires a guidance and goal within his loneliness Ch 2-3 idk how the skill main has will benefit main bc he is able to go back in time 24 hrs from his death but it is due to the skill he copied from the flame emperor. It was all based on luck that main was able to survive bc of that skill. Main's goal is to go back as far as the flame guy got his powers so main can stop him from killing other ppl while under the guise of being a hero.
