Hidamari ga Kikoeru
This is unrelated to the story, but this story will always have a special place in my heart. I mean, I already love it as it already. It's just that... I started reading this because a friend of mine recommended this to me. He was part of the scanslation team (he's the proofreader for some chapters, and I'm really happy to see his name there). He just died recently, and it still hasn't sunk in at all. Not at all. Even though it's already been a month. Or only been a month, I guess. I miss you, Zehi. === Edit: (it's been, idk, 9 months?) Hey, Zehi, have you completed reading the series before when you were still alive? I wonder how you thought of the ending. Sorry for not reading it sooner and chatting with you about the story. It would have been a fun chat to talk about this series. I hope you're happy on the other side. I really feel bad about losing my friend, sorry for the sadposting === May 2023 edit: so it wasn't complete. Zehi didn't get the chance to complete reading it.
Two Colors
i refuse to believe this is complete/axed/dropped T_T
Escape Journey
As much as I love the story, it feels like I'm missing something between volume 1 and 2. I have no problems with volume 2, and on its own, I can rate it 10/10 without batting an eye. In volume 1, I do love how their toxic relationship was presented, the reason behind it, and how they still love each other despite it. It's just that they suddenly resolved the toxicity, and it wasn't shown in the manga (the seme's side mostly; the uke's side was shown, but it's the seme that's more toxic tbh). I'm okay with mangas leaving some details open to the readers' imaginations, but this one felt like a big gap. But oh well, I'm glad they changed for the better.
Backstage Lovers
Pacing is weird. Backstory of uke isn't fully fleshed out, with his sensei pedo-raping him as a replacement for his father... and that's it, no closure about the sensei's crap nor his father's absence. Seme's backstory is okay-ish. Side character is really just a side character, almost noone important, 10/10 really just a bartender side character lmao. Though I'm happy with the ending of them moving past their insecurities
My Home Your Oneroom
Four eyes best guy. Rating this a 5* just for him
Living With Him
It's always the side character in glasses who make the MC realize their feelings
