The first story really makes you beg for more, but at the same time, it ended at the perfect moment. Second story is meh; cliche and just... that. Third story is painful, 2 parallel unrequited loves; again, like the first story, makes you beg for more, but ended at the perfect moment. Last story is the best in terms of length though; unlike 1 and 3, it has an actual conclusion.

Setting the rape aside (which is, yes, problematic, though the uke did forgive the seme, so it's no longer our business; though I wish we got a redemption arc), I... don't really feel that the uke loves the seme in that way. It feels like rather than the uke loving the seme romantically/sexually, he's just heartbroken over their 10 year friendship ending. I repeat, 10 year friendship. Of course it's normal to be heartbroken about that. Then right afterwards, the seme gets into an accident and the uke confesses he loves him. Is it really love, or just him not wanting to lose his friend? Idk, I hate it when mangas trivialize friendship that if you feel too attached to your friend, it already means love.

This is on bilibili for free. I'm starting to feel bad for the MC and his unrequited love. The dude's so homophobic and "straight". You deserve better, Yu Bei. If the genre wasn't comedy, I could easily see this as a drama. Like Eigyou Nika except more heartbreaking because it isn't a "requited love" at all (it is, but the dude is too dense to realize it) Honestly, I'm just reading because I like the MC despite all the cringe and secondhand embarrassment from him. I'm really beginning to hate Gu Yiming to the point I want to kick him in the balls he doesn't even have --- If anyone wants to know how bad the seme is: they had sex together, he asked the uke for a bj. But no, he's "straight". And he keeps talking shit about gay people and claims as if they're infectious. Blegh. And beyond that, he's too fucking possessive that the uke never gets any acting roles. (And yeah, I dropped it. Can't believe it took me so long to drop this I liked Yu Bei so much)

I love the uke I love how he took his time to know the seme and how he made the seme prioritize his career over their relationship. Tbh I didn't like the first volume since the seme bothered me (sorry not sorry lol). I'm glad the second volume was way better.
