Messiah - Seiiki Ishuu
Koi ni wa Mukanai Shokugyou
I LOVE how they're both mature. This author must like age gaps, lol. The manager was mature enough to resign when he started having feelings. And the idol was mature in his actions, being careful with his advances, knowing his position as an idol and that he needs to protect his reputation. I guess what I liked is how the idol actually wants to be an idol and doesn't say shit like "I'm prepared to leave the spotlight for you" but rather "I'm here in the spotlight, and I'm not gonna let you keep your eyes away from me" Still, there was a part that the plot kinda suddenly jumped. manager: i'm gonna let go; idol: *sings a love song*; manager: nah, scratch that, I really love him which is kinda nice if done correctly, but somehow it feels lacking as if the author was forced to end the manga early so she had to do that :/ I wanna know the love song thooo And totes want the merch if it actually exists
Kirakira-kun to Imaichi-kun
From 4 stars to 2 stars (on ch 6). The story was building up on the MC being a replacement for the seme's senpai. Then off the window it goes, and the story ends. This is why I hate the Japanese manga industry. I'm guessing this didn't sell well enough to get a sequel, hence the abrupt ending. Ugh.

Completed??? Axed??? Idk === Nooooooo, there's going to be a misunderstanding. Yunaaaaa. Though I guess this is the karma of ghosting him Yunaaaaa, look at what happened TT NOOOO SANGWOO STOP IT === Ngl, I was gonna rate this higher until the ending. Like it's a nice ending, but it's not good enough. It's like the story got axed.
