Haru No Noroi
Complicated relationships. Again it reminds me... "Our parents don't know what's best for us, they want what's best for us based on what they've lived and learned. But who knows what is good for us is ourselves because we are individual beings, different from them". Sad about the way the guilt consumed Haru. (Not only her) I don't have the ability to understand that feeling. It was obvious that Tougo had something for .Natsumi (Not necessarily love, at least not at first) But with the pressure of their parents, he eventually gave in. It is also important to point out the way they treated Natsumi. Unfortunately it is not uncommon to see parents diminishing children who are not as they want them to be. (It's almost that "If you don't have the same ideals as me or don't follow what I say, you don't deserve anything"). Hard... The guilt of having fallen in love with Natsumi and on the other side the pain for having fallen in love with Tougo. Haru, what I felt for her was not pity. I just wanted to comfort her heart. But she was selfish having those thoughts. In the end, both had to overcome their fears and doubts. Having to decide what's best for them without having the worry of hurting anyone. A delicate story that deserves your recognition.
Secret Alliance
First of all, everyone needs therapy. That was one of the stories it took me a while to finish. Not that I thought it was bad, but because I was afraid of what the end would be like. Sian's had a rough life. (Blaming a child is very sick) A mother who puts her failure on the girl's back. It was obvious she'd have some kind of trigger. Yul a stalker. I'm not going to put all the blame on him. Not least because if his parents had done something to help him (maybe) he wouldn't be the way he was. Of course he's not innocent. Yujin was a surprise, won my heart. (The fear he had about surrendering his heart. I have it too) maybe that's why I liked him. Turns out he's that partner who's standing there next to you, whatever the situation. That was a good story. I cried a little. Art is beautiful. I wouldn't put it in the romance category if it wasn't for the last two chapters.
The Missing O
One of the most amazing stories I've ever read. Wonderful women who know what they want. I loved following their saga. But over time it was getting a little repetitive (Not to mean it got bad) I liked the end, it all fell into place.
Just Right There
It's a beautiful story. There's not much to say here. It was all perfect.
Yumi's Cells
perfect. I loved every detail, the cells are cute. Very well written. I couldn't find a defect. What I loved most was the fact that Yumi found someone who deserves her. Best of all, she herself saw that the relationship she was in. Was not good for her, and quickly decided to leave. And most importantly, getting back to that person isn't worth it. Well, I'm going to miss the cells. I'll read it back from time to time because it's worth it. After all, there's a drama coming out.
Doctor Elise
I'm fascinated by stories like that. But it sucks that the thing about her having to prove to a bunch of males that she knows how to do what they can't even imagine. I understand the plot, but I get annoyed. I'm glad to see strong women fighting for their place. Well, it's not a bad thing, but it's not great either. A middle ground reading.
