I would give anything to read this like it's my first time. My throat is tight, my eyes can't stop tearing up and I can feel myself trembling because of how beautifully the author has potrayed the child's feelings towards the mother here. The surprising part is, I don't hate her. I understand her, I pity her, and I feel sad for her. More so, it's the soul of that child who comes and stands by her side again and again that really makes me anguished. 10/10. I wish everyone could read this.

So idk if this is complete or not, but this is the definition of a hidden gem. I love the progression of characterization and I genuinely want to see this being continued

You think you've cried and been sad? Not until you're sobbing in your bed, feeling like it's hard to breathe because this manga is beyond heartbreaking. You ain't ever seen tragedy like this. This story is going to touch something visceral in you, and leave a raw, gaping wound, and you. Can't. Stop. Reading. 12/10.

The OG of otome isekai and transmigration. You really can't go wrong with this manhwa. Athy is brilliant, has beautiful character development- rivaled only by Claude- and is such a joy to see. She's strong, a very good leader, and not weak at all. Lucas is sexy as hell, enough said. Ijekiel is brilliant and my heart I hate that his love for Athy won't bear fruit. Jeanette is so innocent and my heart breaks for her. I could really go on and on about why I love this story, but this really is a landmark for the otome isekai genre.
