The Unexpected Bride
God damn it. That's not how head injuries work. I was quite in love with this story, until the stupid twist at the end when she got her sight back. I would have liked it more if she had remained blind. Having her miraculously healed like that is like saying they couldn't be a happy couple without "fixing" her first. Also, I wanted to see them actually manage to be intimate. It would be nice to see him figure out that if he ASKS or even warns her before he kisses her, she might not panic when he does it. If it wasn't for her regaining her sight at the end, I would have given this five stars.
The Larkswood Legacy
A Royal Bride at the Sheikh's Command
It's not like it was the worst thing I've ever read, but I found it pretty lacking. The characters were fairly boring, and their feelings for each other weren't really tangible. Aside from them each being particularly drawn to each other by scent, their relationship just didn't feel interesting to me. There were also some very sexist views being thrown about which made the read less enjoyable.
Road Trip With The Best Man
this was cute.
A Cinderella for the Greek
Kusenai Yoru No Kioku
This was terrible. Most of the characters were either pathetic or evil. The male lead was an asshole and he absolutely didn't deserve to be forgiven for manipulating her into his bed, and then assaulting her on top of that. The female lead was mostly just pitiable. Her situation wasn't her fault but I just couldn't seem to really like her. The art was a little weak as well.
