low key shocked by how much I liked this by the end. the start felt a little rough but once the world was better established it was pretty sweet and clever

Dang I’m SO conflicted about this. Hella aspects of their relationship are awful- Sungyeon is controlling and emotionally manipulative to the point of it being abuse, and they only get together because he rapes Hosik. BUT STILL. The kids are the sweetest, their families are so loving and supportive, and they actually have a pretty healthy equal relationship by the end. Plus the side story got me all the way in my feeeeeeelings.

Stockholm syndrome 4 dayyys. The ending doesn’t really make sense and the characters kinda change personality randomly, plus it’s too cutesy about the whole being held captive thing. But the art is super cute and it wasn’t too rapey.
