Is it because he is the male lead and she is the female lead >_< Mc has to kill someone to advance till the next day or else he loops back to the previous day (his ill sister on the hospital bed also follows) which sucks for her as she needs an important surgery asap. Mc has to advance forward as his precious sister can't wait any longer. The story goes on as Mc kinda loses his mind and has plans to escape the police and 1 stalker. Really feel bad to be the Mc of this manga... Getting hit from up, right, down and left...
