xydian's manga / #baseball(2)

You may be put off by the artistry at first, but I actually feel like the style fits the narrative perfectly. There are undercurrents of imperfection and I like how the art feels like the sentiment the mangaka was attempting to convey. This is a very genuine and kind story.

The artistic style of these two (the previous work being Kikoenai Koe) is a little odd at first, but lends itself to the narrative. This is a continuation from the previous piece, and I believe is best read in order. I really loved this story and the characters. The pacing was nice, and the growth was relate-able. A really genuine and kind story.
