Got me emotional. Not tearing up, but I related to Mashiro the black-haired Seme (Yes, it's a shounen ai) because of his issues of letting people in, being honest and being gentle. I related to all of those. I liked how there was a gentle one in thr relationship, and I like how the Uke said "No... You're acting rough, stop." and that the Seme actually snapped out of it and stopped. It was... Meaningful to me.
But the most emotional was when Mashiro told his mām that he would now always place his lover as a priority. When the mām started to cry. But Uke just whipped out his phone and told her which train she could take. Then the uke pulled Mashiro away... But his mām said sorry. And Mashiro looked back in surprise- but the Uke kept pulling. So he didn't go back. He was supported and pushed forward by his lover. It was.... Very meaningful to me. I loved it.
Anyway. Nice plot about Mashiro in the second half, and a less heavy one about the Uke in the first half, where he just learned to be honest by thinking more about other people's feelings. It was nice.
Would be a nice rr.
AND FUCK, STILL CAN'T CONCENTRATE WHILE READING, MAYBE I SHOULD REALLY CRUSH A FEW HOURS OF MEDITATION, JESUS.
