OMG, NO WONDER IT WAS SO FAMILIAR- I JUST REALIZED IN CHAPTER 49 THAT THE ARTSTYLE IS THE SAME AS THE WEBTOON 'IT'S MINE". In Chap 49, look at the eyes really closelY. I'm so dumbfounded that I only realized it just now, it was familiar but couldn't recognize where it was from T_T

Thought it was a copy at first, till I read the comments. This is the English version, apparently. Thank goodness to whoever commented it, I was about to rate it smth low so sry ;-;
