I will say, the fact that he ended up using a close approximation to the seme's real name got me right in the feels. Uke was always calling to him, the real him, and that's very soft. But the story itself was really rushed. We didn't see the make up with the family, the mating bite, or the pregnancy. I would have liked to see evidence of seme changing at all in his feelings for uke before the big feelings revelation. A jealousy/realization arc for seme would have done some good like it did for uke.
