Cute story about a Dr and sales rep

Uke was at first in love with seme's older bro, who was a supportive open minded guy but unfortunately straight so got his heart broken. He accidentally met the seme at a train station and they started their journey. Loved the realistic angst the uke went through and the issues both faced, even including in the bedroom since it was a first time for both of them.

Seme can say some smart ass/callous things, but generally has good intentions. He finds himself drawn to the uke whom he notices was at first was in love with someone else who was coming to the preschool. But gave him advice and he was able to move on. Loved seeing the kids grow up and eventually get together
