Another idolized/romanticized rape turns into love story

Uke was a playboy with neglect/abandonment issues who was once helped by the seme over a kids hotline. Unfortunately, the seme forces himself on the uke and threatened him. Could have been a decent story but had to go with that old trope.

Uke rises from the slums working part time at seme's nightlife/male prostitute club as a bouncer type. He falls for him but there are many hurdles. The seme at first knows nothing of love and makes him sign a contract which almost proves fatal. But they over 2 years+ finally work through their differences. Great story. But hated all the rape/assault

Okay, it's EXTREMELY rare that I am giving a 5 star to an omegaverse with a rape story. But the guy had not meant it, pheromones and all. He stayed by the hospital side and stayed faithful. Really was a good story and was better than the parents (though great to see them all grown up too)

Luke was brought into prostitution by his father who raped him. Seme was worried his son was gay but took in the uke and eventually developed feelings. Seme also helped the uke get rid of his unresolved issue in regards to feeling obligated to pay back his scumbag father for "raising" him until he became a prostitute.

Minato is an out of the closet gay who sadly picks abusive partners bc he feels he has no choice if he wants a chance at happiness (even though all he wants is to be loved and to be happy) because there are so few gays to choose from, he feels he can't be picky. He befriends Takumi who is a sculpture artist he admires and begins to open up to him once they meet over his workplace, a cafe. Minato's last straw with his ex is when he catches him cheating on him, on Minato's birthday. He goes to Takumi's for comfort and one thing leads to another. They do have issues, one very realistic one being that Takumi has never been in a gay relationship before and had in the past, expressed a strong desire to have a family. I enjoyed seeing these real issues be addressed and confronted. And it was nice seeing Minato have really supportive ppl around him, the ppl he works for plus his mother. ((Btw it was his shithead ex that raped him))
