Loving the accuracy of the medical information. The anime just came out and it's doing the manga justice for the most part. Wish it added the stories about how Farma also helped those with mental illness, which is a great and interesting aspect to his story that is hardly ever delved in, in other isekais. The obligatory onnsen chapter of course had to happen ...and with a kid ffs!
