World where genders are always 50/50 and if not, usually a guy goes through an emergence and becomes female. Interesting concept, but story was too long with a lot of unnecessary fillers

Story wasn't completely fleshed out so didn't really sell me. But the witch/warlock's unique concept was interesting.
