Stranger Than Friends
I loved everything about this manwha---their first kiss, the plot, the angst, the tension, the realisation of feelings, the side pairings, the ending. Everything was great. I love the fact that these characters grew up together and that the readers get an in sight to their respective upbringing. The conflict between them was resolved perfectly, and their dynamic is honestly so entertaining.
Make Me Bark
This manwha was okay, but to me it lacked depth to the plot and the characters. I wanted things to develop further to get a sense of who these characters are and what their background is like. That didn't happen, which is completely okay because I still had a nice time reading this. It did have a few odd moments, but otherwise it was nice.
Your wish is my command
You go into expecting one thing, which turns out to be completely off the mark. This was so weird, and I'm not exaggerating. I couldn't take the plot or concept seriously at first, but I was so intrigued that I had to keep reading. This manwha has great plot twists, and great representation of codependency and possessiveness. It explores so many interesting topics of happiness and greed, and it was truly a unique eperience getting to read this without knowing anything at all. The ending had me staring at the wall for a while.
100% Love Gauge/Love Gauge 100%
This manwha was not for me. I found the storyline a little weird, but I'm sure some people can find enjoy it enjoyable. The characters' relationship is purely based on their own obsessions with characters from a video game due to similarities in looks and personality. To me, it lacks depth and/or development. I know this was meant to be a short story, but it really wasn't my thing. I still love the author, though.
Scandal
I really liked this short story, and wanted it to be so much longer. The characters' dynamic was very entertaining, and the plot also seemed really captivating. Something about "Bodygaurd x Actor" does it for me.
Same, but Different
I didn't manage to finish this one. I found it a bit boring and the relationships seemed a bit odd for my taste. The art style wasn't very enjoyable either, and I lost interest rather quickly. I didn't really care for the plot, nor where it was headed.
Mania
A story about broken people acting on the haunting memories of the past and wanting revenge on the people they were wronged by. This is a masterpiece, and so utterly complex that one needs to pay attention to detail. I'm honestly awed by this manwha and would recommend to anyone who is looking for something twisted, dark and mysterious, while also wanting a happy ending.
Back to School
A story of obsession, manipulation and isolation. I was sitting in the edge of my seat while reading this whole thing. I was constantly trying to figure out what would happen next, and was surprised over and over. It really showcases how far some people will go for the people they love, even if it’s unrequited. It’s twisted, complicated and dark. It has a happy ending, and I really liked how things were handled. The ending seemed rushed, and I wanted so much more, but I’m still very happy.
Back to School: All Grown Up
A sequel and/or side story to “Back to School”. This was very cute, and felt like the cherry on top. I love that the readers get an insight to characters’ life after five years has passed. It illustrates how time heals wound, though some are deeper than others. I didn’t care for the last side story about Chiwoo and Jihuyn, but I know some people will. It just wasn’t for me as I didn’t even finish it.
