SUMMARY [Thorfinn is son to one of the Viking's greatest warriors, but when his father is killed in battle by the mercenary leader Askeladd, he swears his intent to have revenge. Thorfinn joins Askeladd's group in order to challenge him to a duel, and ends up caught in the middle of a war for the crown of England.] This manga is one of the best ones I've ever read. I started out with the anime, and immediately fell in love with the characters, plot and everything in-between. Thorfinn's character development is so beautiful, yes, beautiful--going from a young boy who's driven by rage and revenge to a man with understanding and compassion for other people. What can I say? I love this manga with all my heart, especially the small amounts of historical accuracy, which makes it all so much more interesting to read.

SUMMARY [The first twenty-six stories in Book 1 & 2 take place during the Avatar: The Last Airbender animated series, and show you what Aang and the gang were up to between your favorite episodes. The last two stories are special bonus adventures that take place further off the beated path.] I really liked reading these short stories after rewatching the serie yet again. They were cute, funny and entertaining, and they give more information and depth to the story we already know.
