Boku no Hero Academia
Action-based manga with an interesting plot. I love the creativity with all the different Quirks, and also all the character growth that happens gradually throughout the series. This is such a great story with such impatful plotlines and characters. Everyone should read this, in my opinion. You go into this thinking you'll read about young people training to be heroes, but that proves to be the mere tip of the iceberg.
Bastard (hwang Youngchan)
I've been sitting for a few moments to take everything in. This manhwa is fantastic. The plot is incredible, and it has so many plot twists that made me sit anxiously in my seat. The colour palette is perfect for the plot, and it makes everything seem even more disturbing. Jin's father is truly sick, twisted and manipulative, and it clearly shows many times, and I never would have guessed this to be the ending. One of the best manhwas I've ever read, and I definitely recommend!
Blue Lust
This is a beautiful manga, and I love everything about it. Seriously, everything. The pacing is good, the characters are amazing, even with their flaws. I love that Hayato had to confront his past, and that he didn't want to run away from it anymore. Seeing his perspective on everything was really interesting, and I loved that the readers see his inner conflicts and feelings. I enjoyed how Souma and Hayato found each other again after their fall out + the little time skip at the end was everything to me. (Souma looks cute with glasses).
Vinland Saga
This manga is one of the best ones I've ever read. I started out with the anime, and immediately fell in love with the characters, plot and everything in-between. Thorfinn's character development is so beautiful, yes, beautiful--going from a young boy who's driven by rage and revenge to a man with understanding and compassion for other people. What can I say? I love this manga with all my heart, especially the small amounts of historical accuracy, which makes it all so much more interesting to read.
Avatar: The Last Airbender - The Lost Adventures
I really liked reading these short stories after rewatching the series yet again. They were cute, funny and entertaining, and they give more information and depth to the story we already know.
Ao no Flag
Such a beautiful story about love and friendship. It focuses on the complex relationship between friends and how feelings may develop as a result of said relationship. This manga is really a story that is "coming of age", and such an important piece that everyone should read. It focuses on the differences between people, but also highlights that differences and change aren't bad. Those things makes us who we are. I really enjoyed this a lot, and would recommend for anyone who is looking for something impactful and great.
Haikyuu!!
I love each and everyone of the characters equally. There's so much to say, but I feel no words can ever justify the feeling of reading this for the first time. The aspect of growth is something I absolutely love about this story, but also how it focuses on different people and their respective development. Hinata is a great MC, and has proven that no matter what or when you find your passion, it is possible to succeed in doing what you love.
Dangerous Convenience Store
From the very beginning of the story, I've liked the slow development of their relationship. The plot is also very interesting as it not only focuses purely on sex but also on Geonwoo's background and life (same with Euijoon). The art style is stunning and the characters are good. It's so sad they were separated for so long, but the ending is making everything worth it.
Kimetsu no Yaiba
This is such an impactful story. The focus on love, friendship and companionship was amazing. The plot was interesting all the way to the end, and I don't remember reading a story this quickly. I loved the mystical aspect to Sun Breathing and the origins of the Demon Slayer Corps. With that being said, it also broke my heart, but I won't be going into detail about that.
