I finished the whole series. For me, this one is entertaining. MC is a illegitimate son of the king from kingdom of knights. He was neglected and abused when he entered the palace. When he learned his healing ppwer. He immediately aim to be a healer. Unfortunately, things dont go well. He remain F class despite hardwork. Not until a system appeared and he got a surgeon class. Now, he spread the knowledge of medicine on Earth and walk to a path to become a emperor (he was forced ksks) with a lot of fanatics subordinates. Its quite hilarious, I swear.

I already finished this series 2 years ago (2020) unless there's a next volume before the manga published lol the manga is so slow lmao. Anyway, it was about MC being earl's neglected daughter who's secretly a rotten fujoshi. Being misunderstood that she was abused and traumatised by the earl (the truth is she's just having her happy time reading those BL) anyway, she's praised as an angel (I mean, she really look like one and her self 'sacrifice') she likes to pair her half bro to other guys lmao. People around her is overprotective (there's the half bro Bernard, crown prince Leon, princess Christine/Chris, the healer Radu, let's add the Queen xD the handsome 'uncle' Anton, and ofcorse the other sub characters that appears in short period of time) Uwa, the twist is about who's her real father xD anyway, only her 'uncle' knows her true nature.
