Chapter 12 The Male lead is a fking hypocrite ML told the MC to destroy someone's reputation so that the said person would be so ashamed they'll just walk out of the party... (MC already explained to him why she hates her stepsister at this point). MC follows his orders but unfortunately bumps into her sis, whom tries to stop her from going upstairs where ML is(and the said target a while ago). Her sis keeps 0ulling her dress in an attempt to stop her but since she was worried about him she decides that she needs to hurry up,so she slaps her sister's hand away from her dress and immediately goes up to him to check if he's okay. But that fking bastard evades her and goes after her sis behind her who is on the floor(looking pitiful and all that shit) to help her up and of course people saw that because each and every step of his is watched by people hostile to him(taking every chance they get to humiliate him) and they all see him evade his fiance (MC) to help her sis whom she despises. This puts her sis in a higher standing than her(the fiance) in the eyes of the nobles who attended(and of course this incident will spread, namely because of rumours). This is humiliaibg enough that I won't be surprised if she dumps her next chapter. FK you asshole! This was also so good cause I really like the MC and the art is really pretty the plot is intriguing but then he does that, I'm dropping this

Rereading this, it's really bad. I don't know what I liked in this. Shes been really annoying based on what I've reread so far. 2 stars for the art tho,it's good. Plus, it's harem(HAREM!!) Her attitude is what Cale should do to have his slacker life. She just kind of dumps her works to someone else and that person won't be able to refuse because she has a higher rank than them—as she is the princess. She also fkin arrogant and narcissistic. She isn't actually a good person and just makes a pretense to make sure her life won't cut short. I thought she'd at least have a character development,but no. This is slow(but almost no burn). It's starts off as a very cliché action-fantasy manhwa, where MC is the only one alive after apocalypse and rebirths/time travels. But that's the norm so I gave it a second thought and read until chapter 12—where he was "threatened" with a small fkin knife even though he uses a long-ass sword. I just don't understand his character, really. Maybe I'm just really dumb? Anyway, he could kill them off without anyone knowing by dragging them into a "quest". But he's stupid so he doesn't do that. Instead he follows them around and obeys them because a really shady person says so. Then he gets beaten up because he doesn't fight back. The system said that you get a penalty for using a skill on a normal person but it didn't say you can't use your equipment and/or weapon. But he doesn't seem to be able to comprehend that. I just don't understand the logic here. Moreover, the bully part is also really messy. They already had a confrontation in chap 5 and 6 I think? In chapter 12 though, two people said that they were looking for him specifically. Its already suspicious enough at that point but he follows them and says "As expected", which doesn't make sense. Because why would a victim want to meet his perpetrators, right? So that kind of threw me off the loop, because at that point I thought I was starting to understand his POV but it seems not. The love interest is really rationale but that's all I like about her. Plus she just kind of steals the MC's spotlight because everyone, even the MC, is like a sketch compared to the way she's drawn. Goddang cute! The art is really pretty and they fit well together. This CP is also really healthy. Seme waits for the uke to come out of his shell and uke tries his best to come out. The plot is also really well made.

OFC her stepsis is mad at him for that but she'll understand that later into the series Emperor is MC's colluege and after ascending as the emperor he shunned her so that he'll be safe(she isn't, so he actually unknowingly betrayed her lol), in the fricking dungeon HAHAHAHA and plans to give her the best(based on chapter 7) But MC the dumb doesn't realise that and conspires a revenge plan with the emperor's rival,namely the male lead This is hilarious to read in an omniscient pov Also, MC the dumb isn't actually an exaggeration. Because there's this one scene where she gets that body's memory so that she can act like her... And what does she do? Have no fking virtue in a body full of kindness, loyalty and virtue

Wait it doesn't make sense? On chapter 13 it said that MC's house is only in name because that house is from the empire before the rebellion but in the early chapters it said that because MC loves him so much that she and her household was the one of the first to support the rebellion which quickened and assured that the rebellion is successful. WHAT THE HECK?!! IS IT A MISTRANSLATION??? OR THE AUTHOR IS JUST INCONSISTENT?? Seems like the characters and the plot isnt the only frustrating parts here— even the translation is joining the fray. One chap her name is Ellia next it's Ellie then Elijah So MC here is from a noble before rebellion took place and ML married the MC bcs their marriage would tie the empire before the rebellion and the one on the current emperor's side. Anyway he does marry her but doesn't promise her his love but instead tells her that he wouldn't bring a concubine in the palace. So he keeps his promises with MC and stays loyal to her even tho it's platonic(the reason why I'm on his side) but his once lover came back to the empire with their kid, his blood. And because he's also an illegitimate child he knows how hard it is to be one and then he decides to adopt him and shunned his other love interest. So he tells his decision to MC and she didn't even hear his reasoning... and now that they're divorced, the empire will split into two factions and will cause another rebellion which will drag the whole empire and not just this troublesome couple. In other words, she annoys me with her decisions and her attitude. She agrees to marrying him even tho he said he cannot promise his love and she accepted that on her own volition but now she doesn't even try to clear things up with him and talk to him privately about what he thinks but instead just decides that he must be feeling this or that. Can she not comprehend that he's apathetic to everyone? This is frustrating but not as angsty as the top comments make it seem. Like ehhh I've read worse. I'm at chapter 42 rn and tbh, i don't really like Luke. I also don't understand the MC. He got rejected, he had a one-night stand with him, MC texts Luke everyday at any chance he gets but he doesn't reply and he's still positive about their relationship? How??? And have i told you that he likes/dates him because he likes his boice and it makes his bird stand up and that its been 5 fking years since he first liked (his voice) him? Just because of his fkung voice kink Angel is also not my thing... He does extreme things and says that it's just a joke or its a prank—gaslighting the other person and making that person the bad guy. A common line that manipulative people say to make the victim feel small. He takes pranks too far and gets away with it by pretending to not be able to speak their language or just straight up his face. I just think that's messed up. He even once tricked MC into attempting to rape him and took pics of him naked(which were erased, thankfully). And after almost raping him he realises that he likes him but doesn't make a move. Thereafter, MC tells him they're daring and he's pissed. Anyhow, I don't like him. I really like Ray, though. He reminds me of myself when I first realised Im bi. He's all confused but is interested. It hurt me when he tried to call the MC when he finally had the courage to talk to him but his call was ignored as MC was giving his asshesd of a boyfriend a head. It must've been so hard to gather up the courage to talk to him (in person, even) and he got ignored even though the MC said he'll be one call away. A lot more angst was dumped into me when I remembered that MC once had to call for his help(because he was almost raped by Angel, which he escaped to with only a jacket and socks) while he was having dinner with his group and came running to help him(with his judo uniform, Haha he's so awks, so cute).
