I had pushed back reading this 'cause most of the time I'm not that crazy about "The Magic of Christmas"-centric stories, I guess this one had enough Summer chapters that it didn't matter xD

Story seemed to take far too long on the first part, only to have to rush at the end.

I really liked the story, but it sort of feels like it's unfinished... What happened to the other branches? What will bat-dude do (I mean seriously, taking the ruse that far just to "see if she fails the test" with no other purpose seems really stupid)? What will happen to her dad? What were her dad's real intentions (it sort of seemed like he did care for her mom, who also had that blood, and that all he was doing was for his love for her)? I'm sure there are plenty other stuff that was left out without reaching anywhere...

Eh, it seemed promising but then on the last third of the story it all rushed to the point that the good points from the beginning were all lost.

I can't believe that's the entirety of the story... it seemed to be building up to a very interesting goal, yet instead of pushing the story forward, the last chapters just told how the characters met and that's it, the story ended. It would've totally been a 4 or 5 star for me, but I'm debating if I should do 2 instead of 3... it really bugs me how incomplete this feels.

This would have been a great story, had it ended a bit later. Yes we know eventually they'll figure out a way, they're both really smart, but where it ended only left me unfulfilled. I really wish it would've been longer.

Guh. I agree, it's good that she's upfront about stuff, but that guy was just out to humiliate her. There are certain kinds of people that really grind my gears, and out of all of them, #2 is people like this guy. If he says he has loved her all this time but has nothing to prove for it (I care nothing about being a virgin or not, but don't claim something you can't back up), then gets offended when she gets upset when she realised that he had played her for a fool, THEN he manipulates her into treat her like a servant in front of their classmates. Sorry, this guy deserves jack shit. Ugh, honestly that girl's no good either... the guy infuriates me but the girl annoys me as well. I think this whole thing just makes me angry >_>;;

A girl that is haunted by oni, a boy with a deathwish that exorcizes oni with his dead sister's exorcizing fan, and a vampire that can turn into a wolf, work together to exorcize evil oni. I feel pretty down after finishing reading... it's nice, but I wish that the story would have continued if only just a bit longer, just to avoid this huge hole I feel in my heart after reading this. It's sad that there's nothing conclusive with all of Seto's relationships; and what's even worse is that if you already know Kagari's backstory, it's quite depressing that he will never be happy again. Thinking about that makes my chest hurt a bit :/
