Minna Kirakira
Funny story about a father's woes when his beloved daughter's "future husband" becomes her daycare teacher instead of her daddy.
Kimi wa Boku no Taiyou
A boy named Taiyou saves a little one from dying due to cold and hunger. Very, very short story, but it's filled with kindness and someone's will to help others no matter the the cost. Truly inspiring and touching.
Hoshi yo Oka yo Fuyu no Ao yo
Unforgettable Language
Story about a perpetually transferring student and a solitary boy. Ahhh I wish there was a sequel! Just so I could have some reassurance that they will end up together one day...
Ningyo ga Fuchi
*Possible spoilers* I might have misunderstood it, I don't get why there's a lot of people thinking that they never met again. While it wasn't SHOWN, it became quite obvious if you paid attention to the details in the last few pages. And that's one of the best things about this story, yeah it's sad that he had to be alone for so long, but it's awesome that he became that which she loved (not expecting her to notice him doing it) and it was then that she appeared once more. There are no guarantees that they will become a couple, or that they're even still single, but the fact that they still get to meet, it's something that I find very "heart healing"... if that makes sense :D
The Hands the Demon Adored
*Possible spoilers* I loved it, I truly did... but I think it quite the shitty thing to do for the demon to force her to play the piano for decades, until she passed away. How lonely must she have felt, being unable to do something else, while the "person" that made her that way is no longer there. I'm really glad about the ending, I just think it was shitty that he forced her to keep doing that and never came to meet her until like, what, 60 years later?
