I hate him because he acts both as if his actions wouldn't hurt her and as if he was the only one who was ever hurt by his or someone else' actions, and, perhaps ironically, that is the very reason why I doubt he did do all that he did to her purely because of his own circumstances. That in turn is also why I think he should face the consequences of his own actions for once whatever the actual reason for them may be). And of course we have to have daf people basically arguing that abuse does not make one an abuser? Then we'll have to have yet another group coming in wondering why the FL forgives the abuser? I'm looking forward to the stepmother's arrival and learning her strange secret (which I've now discovered what it is! So interesting!). So I'm disappointed in the OG ML/Dad. His daughter made a mess? No it was the blonde hair who made a mess. Mk sweetie? Glad to know he figured it out now! And he's a freaking cool daddy still! This is one Daddy I simp for. If you remember that I don't simp for Claude then you gotta realize just how good this Daddy is! Why is Leonia so shocked by what the other girl says? She's said much worse to her cute daddy before! So is he or the guy we met prior to Chapter 37 (the Marquis's son) the OG Leonia's biological father? If either of those options are the case, though, then now I am really confused as to what the strange secret the stepmother has is. And you're right, lukewarm! The major reason I like him so much is precisely because he was never trash. It's the exact reason why I will never simp for Claude. I much prefer his brother in the manhwa. Oh and Flo is freaking hilarious and adorable as well! Her dad's a sweetheart too! I had wondered if he'd told his friend that he adopted a child. Now it's been revealed that he had not. Don't know why people say this just STARTED out trashy. It remained trashy until the very end. *Obviously*. I was right! It remained trashy until the end! Whoops! I mean if he didn't think that would happen when he told her to stay otherwise he would never believe her again what DID he think would happen? (The chapter that explained what happened during the fire only PROVED my point peeps!
