Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST WEBNOVELS I HAVE EVER READ!! The characters are just well developed and amazing, the plot is so interesting and complex, their progression and companionship is beautiful Everything about this is AMAZING, this is one of the few webnovels / WEBTOONS that ever made me feel so emotionally attached. Everything is so well described and planned out! You won’t regret reading this or the webnovel Well…. YOU MAY GET SUPER DEPRESSED- but other than that, no regrets.
Sweet Home
I read this like, a year go, but this was awesome! It’s great for those in to dark psychological stuff. This is not one of those average apocalypse novels, it’s like a whole wipeout tragedy. I personally liked it a lot and the horror was on point. I honestly got chills reading this :). Same author of Bastard as well which is another great and super dark webtoon! Support the author on WEBTOONS please :)
Bastard (hwang Youngchan)
This one was dark as hell! Another horrific psychological webtoon. I recommend for only those who could be comfortable reading this. DEFINITELY not sweet and all sunshine and rainbows. Awesome story and very interesting plot. Same author of Sweet Home so if you liked that read this!
Dr Frost
Another ALL TIME UNDERRATED Webtoon! It ha been on a hiatus for sooo long and I had finished reading season one before realizing it was coming back,,!! Anyway, cool/stoic genius Dr. Frost has a mental disorder where he is basically emotionless and can’t quite understand emotions in general. He mainly focuses on human patterns and body language to somewhat understand. Because of his skills and getting adopted by a professional Dr., he becomes an expert psychologist. It starts off with some fascinating cases and refreshing solving skills with the help of this lady. We later get in to Dr. Frost’s past :)
A Trace of the Wonder
Found the novel on NU and thought it was pretty interesting! rn there’s only 5 chapters but it’s still really good. found this after realizing it had a manhwa adaption so i’m claiming a spot here. anyway, ml freaks me tf out. it’s always the stories with the psychological aspect. plus, mc is very traumatized here. it’s understandable bc of his loss of friends. i’m asking myself wether i should read this after watching an omori gameplay that also included ptsd and concept of acceptance.
Poyun
Just finished this masterpiece of a novel! the twists are so thrilling and the overall plot is super fascinating. some of the best parts come from the romance and comedic tension between mc and ml lol XD. super good read, highly recommend for those into psychological mystery romance! beware of scientific terms, psychological trauma, drug dealing (misuse of drugs) and typical criminal offences.
The Devil's Boy
i don’t remember too much details but i just know the overall plot gave chills. enjoyed it but i can’t say that others like dark plots. just to summarize, it involves bullying and mc who decides that the only way out is to become the bully aka devil himself. this ensues absolute chaos and power hunger. great read though and nice art ^^
Palace of Bardo
not sure how to feel. i think i lost my mind at a few parts but i guess it’s to be expected. lots of dog blood and drama in this. ml is quite obsessive and very much wrong in the head. i feel pretty bad for mc and the ml’s son. dry-ass ending too lmao.
Lookism
daaaang. there’s just too many hot dudes to simply choose one. anyway, love the mc, he’s just adorable as long as you don’t mess with him or his friends. love the side characters and the comedy that comes with them cool and interesting action with a plot that feels never ending. overall really great story. i would definitely recommend as long as you can cope with some upsetting content
