This manga is absolutely brilliant, and personally it encapsulates my experience with gender perfectly. The constant begging of the people around you to choose one because that’s the only way you’ll be considered “normal”, somehow this concept is the exact same in real life. As someone who doesn’t really have a gender, I sincerely hope that Hinase stays “neither man nor woman” until the end. However, I’m sure I’d be happy with any ending this brilliant author gives us!
