Summer Solstice Point
Way too much smut I don't care for and the sex didn't even correlate to the story most of the time. It's a shame because the plot itself is pretty good actually :/
Liar
Not as toxic as I expected, Ichi falls more in the clueless/immature category that in that of an asshole. He's not really a liar either, just not honest about his feelings. The title is catchy but it's only the secondary characters who actually have bad intentions and act manipulative, aside from that the drama almost always sparks from misscomunication. I could empathize with both Ichi and Misao and understand the reasoning behind most choices they make, that made all the drama a little less frustrating + some angst was def necessary, even if sometimes it was a bit forced and cliché. I would have liked the author to make bolder choices with the plot, the characters felt too innocent at times idk how to explain it also until the end I felt like Misao's character didn't have much depth nor developement, I'm grateful at least she wasn't annoying (not as much as Ichi btw). Overall it's not perfect but I'd still read this over any [shy-but-strongwilled girl meets school's most wanted boy] shoujo any day 8/10 Love, Rosie vibes
