Although it's a tragic story about two boys sold to brothel to be courtesans, it's not dark theme. Most are about the adorable & deep relationship between the naive prim Uke & the smart lively Seme. *ღ¸¸.•✿⊱╮ The art is marvelous with original historical details. For someone crazy about Kimono & long-haired guy like me, it's a paradise. HA+ （≧∇≦）A masterpiece of Itsuki Kaname.

«[]» I really like this DEEP manga, amazing art & story. *ღ¸¸.•✿⊱╮ [Spoiler] -- In my understanding, the Englishman was gay but he couldn't accept it so he turned down his Japanese friend's confession. «✿» Due to his hidden desire, he couldn't help seeing Benten's show everyday. Eventually Benten & Brother made him accepted his true self and also sent him an encouraged letter --»»"Let's live how we like while we can."««-- ヾ(★▽★) «✿» From the servant's words plus the similar crests, it turned out to be that Benten & his friend were relative. So the Englishman had a high chance to meet his friend and mend his regret. Open Happy Ending then! Yeh! (●'◡'●)ﾉ
