Throw the Trash in the Trash can!
10/10 storytelling. In my opinion, this isn’t a love story but rather a psychological horror story that depicts a side of “love” that exists, I enjoyed the last bit of commentary about Stockholm syndrome and having a savior complex that may leads into loving your abuser because often people say it’s not “love” but it is to the victim. In a literature course I took, I read a biography about a woman who was abused by her husband yet she still loves him because he had helped her and made her feel like she was important/wanted and the author says that people tell her that it isn’t love yet it is, just the love you don’t want to hear about because it sickens us all. I truly got chills reading this story and enjoyed each character though I felt bad for majority since I felt their endings could’ve been avoided but again “trash” belongs in the “trash can” so I understand why they ended up with a rather twisted or happy end.
