i feel like bei ghuang should have given a bit more recognition in the end. he deserved more than a single chapter long redemption arc. i dont really like the memes put at the end of the chapters about bei ghuang. he is not simply a trash as is,, he is a deep character that doesnt deserve such mocking. i feel so sorry for him. this is a great read. the romance, drama, angst are all balanced. i wish this was longer or maybe at least the ending should not have been that rushed.
