Again, Omegas are treated as shit; attempted gang rape and manipulation (NOT BY MCs); there's actually a hetero sex scene (3sum but Ai was practically invisible to the gal) and I find it naturally repulsive if it were other stories but the relationship, personality, and design of the characters actually made it bearable and relevant to the plot.
