The struggles of coming to terms with sexuality are a bit watered down. The main point is that one of the girls struggles to stray from the "ideal working woman" lens everyone sees her through. She tries to keep up a flawless busybody facade when in reality, she's cheating on her husband.

This is by far one of the most adorable and sweet GL mangas I've read. It shows realistic trauma and anxiety surrounding the protagonists assault and how she was shunned by her two faced colleagues and fell into a pretty hard depression and unhealthy mindset. It really shows how much a consistent source of positivity in your life can really make a difference. This manga is incredible and I think many should give it a read.
