The seme used to be a policeman, but he quit after he shot a guy that went missing for a month and got drugged by a new kind of drug (obviously). The drug name was maise or maisle (I don't remember). Fast forward to the present when the uke has sex with the seme, and the seme gives him a pill to go to sleep but sadly the semes plan doesnt work and he's taken to the police station, a "special" type of police station anyway. He's asked to help join them so they can walk around more leisurely. The seme has camera eyes which means that he can remember the things he's seen if he sees it again. The seme and uke are now partners defending crime, and uke finds out why seme quit being a police. (Also in chapter 2, an upcoming president who wanted to be elected said she would stop all illegal drugs, but her daughter was killed by drugs. It's also found out that the person who is selling maisle wears a red coat).

Fuwa (the head detective that the seme looks up to) is badly injured, and one of the victims were taken from the crime scene. The seme tries to hunt down the victim but gets slashed in the eye as if that person already knew he had camera eyes. scene changes into a hospital setting where we see fuwa and the seme talking together asking why fuwa made the choice he did. we then see a transition into the ukes like where hes having sex with one of the big yakuza group guys in order to get information on the man who stabbed the seme in the eye. The seme tries to find things about the ukes past but soon finds out that hes "gold rank" in one of the biggest groups there is. Seme receives a phone call saying that fuwa was stolen from the hospital, in order to recuperate this information the seme goes to this "sensei" person and gets advice from him. as we see the seme leave the building it shows the sense holding fuwa captive
