I like how he won't trust anyone, including someone who had save him before. That's how you survive, you see! Look even person like her (one of the chara) have her own priority, for instance she is sad about she betrayed him / she is never been trusted from the beginning.. Her sadness is just a plain stupid feeling! You can choose whether you want to loyal or losing someone's trust, that means the other person also can "choose" whether he wants to trust her or not. Her feeling is quite annoying, especially her sadness after betraying. AND THANK GOD, HE GAVE HER COLD HAND :) IF HE THROW A HERO-LIKELY-WORDS (like, it's okay, I'm totally understand blabla, and keep her by his side), oh I will definitely lost interest of this story.
