The Seduction of the Deep Sleeper
Toma Sugawa is a cool-headed, unsociable businessman who is single due to a certain past incident with his ex... Unwillingly he goes to wake up one of the tenant,Kaoru Aida in his grandfather's apartment complex who cant wake up despite countless alarms going off, that is until Toma comes in to wake him... On top of that, he asks Toma to wake him up the next morning, without a lick of remorse due to which Toma is on the verge of snapping. But one day, Toma goes to wake him up as usual, and Kaoru, still sleepy, pushes him down ... I enjoyed this story. I'm glad Toma wasn't really tempted when his ex came back into the picture. That dude was scum. I love Kaoru and the grandpa. Such sweeties. This is just a nice warm story with a bunch of past traumas. I wish there was more with Kaoru's mom and what happened with them.

One frigid December dawn, Song Yeon-woo meets an injured runaway alpha; inexplicably drawn toward his woodsy scent, he is compelled to help the young man. Despite his aversion to alphas due to trauma in his past, Yeon-woo somehow feels safe and welcomed in his presence. The two part in the moonlight, never to see one another again…but fate has other plans. Two years later, Yeon-woo has finally returned to the city to begin anew - still wary of alphas around him, he has built barriers in nearly every aspect of his life to keep himself safe. But when that a familiar scent begins to pierce through his boundaries, Yeon-woo is unable to stop himself from following them in pursuit of something thrilling… -- I like this story. The ending seemed kind of abrupt but pretty good over all.
How to Hide the Emperor’s Child
Astell spent her whole childhood preparing to become the perfect wife to the crown prince whom she loved but in the morning after their wedding night the prince informs her that the former emperor is dead and he now wants to divorce since Estelle "never truly loved him anyway." In hurt and anger Estelle lies to the now emperor and says she never loved him and agrees to the divorce. Since she is no longer empress her father tells her he has no use for her and turns her away. Six years later Estelle is living happy with her young son when the emperor finds her again because of the death of the dowager empress and Estelle must lie to him again, "he is my nephew not my son". Now Estelle must keep the parentage of her son secret from the emperor at all cost so he doesn't get dragged into a life of political intrigue like she did. This story is pretty ok. I really like some parts but the fact that there would be no plot if the two main characters just had a conversation or paid any attention to the others action, is pretty frustrating.
A Painter Behind the Curtain
Ian is a gifted painter who was sold to the head of the Bardi family when he was very young. Jeremy Bardi is a renowned painter known for his genius but he has a secret, it is actually Ian who has been locked up in a room, beaten and raped, forced to paint for the Bardi's so they can pass his work off as Jeremy's. One day an up and coming merchant, Raymond, pays to have his portrait painted by the famous Jeremy only to meet their beaten down "servant' Ian. Recognizing the ruse, Raymond instigates a plot to free Ian and take care of him. Ian fastly falls for his savior but little does he know Raymond is not the kind gentleman Ian thinks he is but a clever business man out for his own revenge and he tends to use Ian for his own gains. -- I enjoyed this story even though it was kind of slow at the beginning. I almost wish that Raymond married the princess and didn't have such a happy ending. It might have made the story more impactful but it's still good nonetheless.
