crying so hard
this was just such a nice story. when i was reading it i didn't really realize that miyamura was learning to break out of his shell. you kind of get lost in all the nice day-to-day moments like the characters do, so it was nice to see the scenes at the end where he stops to think about it and appreciate it all. the progression of all of their relationships, romantic & platonic, felt natural and their interactions were great to read. i just love this story so much. and although his original look was cool, i love that he changes it. it symbolizes his growth, i think. in the beginning when hes alone its long, then throughout the middle of the story where he begins to grow he cuts it, and at the end where he's accepted his past self and looks towards the future, he cuts it again. that's what i think, anyway. this story was a nice break from all the sad shit i keep consuming
