Ch. 1-6: Nagai, a detective at the Metropolitan Police Department, is currently living with his high-school classmate, Kitahara. The extremely stubborn Nagai and the fickle, elusive Kitahara weren't close friends back in the day, but when they met by chance, Kitahara shamelessly invited himself to go live with Nagai saying that he got chased out by his roommate. Although he was messy, Kitahara was actually good at cooking and acting all spoiled, so he was kind of both like a bride and a pet. Nagai felt unexpectedly comfortably living with him, but Kitahara suddenly announced that he was getting back together with his ex and put an end to their cohabitation. However, it seems that Kitahara has many more secrets and is being stalked by a Yakuza bosses son. Ch. 7: Extra of the first couple and the sequel of the couple from Beast & Feast. Ch. 8-9: A employee in training meets his sempai from the tennis club that he has a crush on since high school. However the sempai is good-looking, but is a sadist, violent, and likes to pick on the employee especially. On the rooftop of the employers building the employee decides to confess to his sempai. *Prequel is Beast & Feast.

Tomoki has transferred to the local university so he can finally live with his older brother again but Kazuki-nii is always so busy with work that they hardly get to see each other. Actually, Tomoki sees more of his brother's roommates than Kazuki, handsome kind Nonomura and bad boy Ugajin, both of whom want to get to know Tomoki better. So when Kazuki gets sent abroad for work it seems the foxes will be guarding this cute little chicken coop.

Ch. 4: The story of perfect couple - Junji and Misaki. They're completely head over heels for each other. Is it possible that jealousy will destroy their extremely intense relationship? Ch. 5: Chihaya is kind and gentle lover, but Jun dreams about his partner going wild. He asks for help his friend. Will this bring him happiness? Ch. 6: Tanigawa sensei teaches his pupil Sano-kun how to relieve stress. What's gonna happen when he'll lend him a "helping hand"? Ch. 7: Short story about Jun and Ryo who, before they become brothers through their parents' marriage become lovers. Ch. 8: Extra story to Ch. 1-2: Takaya buys some sex toys.

Ch. 1-3: Ouji no Hakoniwa (Miniature Garden)-Once a rich young master, Yuzuru hit rock bottom after his family went bankrupt. That was eight years ago. The butler who took care of him, Iwase, has since risen to the top. When Yuzuru learns of this, he returns in an attempt to make some quick cash. But Iwase sees a kid who is still his charge. He captures Yuzuru and locks the young master in what was once his own home. Now, Yuzuru must use every trick in the book to make Iwase realize that things have changed, that he is no longer the innocent child from years ago. Ch. 4-5: Dannetsu Senjou no Kodou-A story about two boys who share a room in a dormitory. One wears headphones as the other keeps bringing different girls back to the room, but why are all the girls' names the same as his roommate's? Ch. 6: Ouji no Hakoniwa extra (from first story).

Ch. 1-3: After the death of his older brother, Shima has been left a mansion and a servant according to his older brother's will. There are two things Shima hates most in the world: being bossed around and being restricted. Both of which, his new servant, Haruki, never fails to miss. How will Shima deal with Haruki. Ch. 4-6: A 2nd year university student gets roped into taking care of a 1st year student because their dad's play golf together and so he is now his roommate. However he begins to have dirty thoughts towards him. Ch. 6.5: The two couples meet. Vol. 2 Ch. 1-5: Continuation of the first couple.

Ch. 1-8: Two guys are friends from high school and have since moved in together after graduating. One became a famous tutor and the other became a sergeant police officer. The tutorer is a hopeless womanizer; while the police officer is secretly in love with the other. Ch. 9-11 Pg. 12: Story of the cop partner and his lover. Ch. 11 Pg. 13-16: Story of the first couple. Ch. 11 Pg. 16- Ch. 15: Story of a guy in love with the police partner from Ch. 9 however does not want to intrude on his relationship. So he has a one night stand with a bartender' however when he goes to find him the next day he is told he went away on a trip. He gives his number to the guy working there so he can find out when the bartender gets back. We find out the worker likes that guy and used the circumstance to get his number and then the bartender comes back. He is upset the worker is in contact with that guy because he secretly likes the worker. Prequel: See You at the Crosswalk
