I'm going to announce this beforehand: I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE THIS MANHWA A CHANCE!. I will not comment over the story line nor the plot too much, but the idea of conquering the Tower of Trials sounds either like the Tower of God or is similar to Solo Leveling.
I don't want to see anybody saying that Solo Leveling copied Solo Max Level Newbie in any way. IT IS THE OTHER WAY AROUND ACTUALLY. Firstly just looking at the name is enough to understand who needed some "inspiration". And then for those who are not aware SL is a completed manhwa which first appeared in November 2016, and the korean release for Solo Max Level was in 2021.
Not to mention the art style and the main character who is clearly inspired from Sung JinWoo.
And now... The game-like development is just too much. There are brilliant mangas/manhwas out there, and there are novels that didn't get the chance to be released as a digital comic, and there are those created step by step after original ones, who in the end receive more attention or appreciation. That I can't accept!
